New iPad, battery empty when I got it

Should I be concerned? My battery was completely empty when I got it today.I read several others had them fully charged out of the box.

Could this be a lemon or?

Correction - it was my bad battery was indeed charged. I didn't allow for enough start up time.
Too eager I guess..!
