Hi,

Just finished my set up and noticed a tiny bleed/ ips glow on the bottom left. Picture is taken at 100% with an iphone 15 so its not as bad irl.

Should i go for a replacement ?

Is that a gray background you're using?

This is mine with gray background, 100% brightness.

Sorry for the misunderstanding but it s a pure black image at full brightness. The iphone render it more gregish than it is in real ile.

You have a light bleeding around the whole screen - faulty backlight. This is immediate replacement.

My advice is return it and never look back. The panels being used on these are utter ****, and in my opinion unacceptable going into 2025. With that said, yours is definitely defective so at the very least get it exchanged.

Thanks all for your help. The new one is better but not perfect. Still a bit of hue on the left side. I don’t think i am gonna try a 3d replacement because I don t have the time for this. I may deal directly with AppleCare later.
I think the bleed is due to the screen connectors that applies a bit of pressure. And the only way to really see it is to put a pure black image at 100% brithgness in the dark.
It s sad Apple still use lcd tech, a mini with oled will be awesome…
