Guys, what is the differences between new Apple real multitasking and the android multitasking ?

What's the Android multitasking specifically?
I mean the same split view , two apps running at the same time in the spli view mode. I do not know exactly what is the difference.

Android had it a long time ago and most apps can support it.

Apple just released split screen a week ago for the iPad and only Apple apps and a few apps support it.

That is clear. But my question is - is there dofference between both? Or, the Apple split screen as function is absolutely the same as the android one?

you have only one orientation (landscape) to use the splitview in ios.

Sorry my mistake, i meant that you cannot use the splitview as one app on the top and another on the bottom in the portrate orientation so you only can use the splitview as dividing the screen in a landscape in ios.
