iPad Pro New IPad Pro Photo Issue

I went to a website to download a new photo for my iPad Pro and everytime I hit save photo nothing happens. It doesn’t wind up in my photos app or anywhere else. Is this a standard problem or am I doing something wrong?

Photos displays photos in the order in which they were taken. Are you sure you have reviewed all your images of all time in the Photos app to make sure it’s not an older image that got sorted in with your earlier images?
