Everybody loves Fridays.
OP: I kind of doubt they’ll be availiable right away, but it probably won’t be more than a week or so later.
I think they’ll be ready to preorder immediately. But if not, it shouldn’t be that much later. Normally I wait for the reviews to come out on Apple products before I buy. Not only to see if there are any issues, but I also like to go to the store and check out the product in person. I enjoy that process.
So I’m usually not in a rush to buy...But this time? Ha! This time, I am so eager to update my 5 yr old iPad mini which is very near death...that I am like 95% sure that I will preorder the 11” model as soon as I am able...like soon as Tim Cook finishes speaking!
But there’s still like a 5% chance I may wait until they are available in stores. Not cause I think they’ll have any issues. I just want to see how much smaller the 12.9” has gotten. As an artist who travels, the previous 12.9” was just a tad too big for my very mobile lifestyle. But now that the bezels have supposedly shrunk it’s physical size considerably...I am curious to see if it has become more portable.

My aunt tracks flight bookings for Air Freight international flights. And there is 4x the usually traffic that week out of CGO which is the airport code for Zhengzhou airport.

Well nothing personal but I’m hoping for orders stating the 2nd and delivery on the 9th as worst case. Best case order same day and delivery in a few days

I think pre orders will start straight after the event, Apple will want to get these iPad selling for Christmas

I'm hoping for a November 2nd pre-order (if not the day of the keynote) followed by a release on the 9th. I stupidly sold my 10.5-inch Pro in late August thinking there was a good chance the new iPad Pros would drop in September. It's been a long wait to say the least. Never again will I sell before the next generation is released. Oh well lol.
