Well finally decided to jsut get on with it and get an Iphone.
So trying to decide where would be the best shot at finding one with 3.1.2. Decided on a BestBuy that was not in one of the super rich areas of DFW. Figuring that they might not sell as many Iphones. Kinda a crap shoot either way.
Well I got lucky. When I got there, I just asked how old there Iphone stock was. He told me they were still working off the Xmas stock. He actually asked me, Are you looking for one pre 3.1.3? he knew what i wanted.
So I have a new one with 3.1.2 with 5.11 boot rom. so will charge tonight, and read up again and decide what to use to JB it.
