I bought an Iphone off of Telus in mid december, and just got it yesterday. For the most part it was fine, but what threw me off was the screen quality. It has a dark blue-ish tint to it (while viewing it at the proper angle of course). I put on a movie to test if how it'd do. Basically it looked like a LCD monitor with a ****** contrast ratio. Anything dark looked the same, without any depth. Now I compared it to my ipod touch, which performed by far greater.

So my question is.. is this a legit problem that would allow me to exchange the product? Any feed back works too :)

I would think it's a legit defect, but the only way to know for sure would be to take it in and ask. You might even take in the ipod just to make the argument even better.

If the defect is obvious you might wanna try dealing directly with AppleCare, via phone, even.
If it's just a tint problem, I suggest upgrading the firmware if you haven't already, I always find new firmwares change something.
