Hi. I am switching to Comcast mobile from Verizon. I received the new iphone SE, and activated it... I installed the SIM card.

Of course I want and need to load all my apps, settings etc from my current iPhone 5s to this new phone. However, iTunes won't allow me to, it keeps saying the password is incorrect. I have tried the password for my iTunes and my Apple ID, each of them multiple times, and can't get it to restore from backup, connected to iTunes on my macbook. When I try to restore via iCloud, I get the same message, Verification Failed because apple id or password is incorrect.

I know these work, I use them fairly often. I need advice. Thank you for any replies.
