Just got my new iPhone XR from my carrier and started the transfer process from an older iPhone. The setup was going well until the iCloud backup restore after it updated to 12.2. Now I have a frozen black screen with white Apple logo. I've tried the volume buttons and side button troubleshooting and connected it to iTunes on a Mac and a Windows PC. Both computers didn't even recognize the phone.
I've never had issues with iPhones and would expect this from an Android phone. Guess the iOS 12.2 update and iCloud backup restore was the problem. I searched online and on Youtube but all the solutions were the same and didn't work.
Any suggestions before I visit the Apple Store tomorrow?
