New iPod Ship Dates

I just ordered my iPod from Apple Canada, and they say it won't ship until the 24th and then will be about another 8 days until it's delivered.

What kind of shipping times are you guys getting?

What kind of shipping times are you guys getting?

I'm getting 5-7 days to ship, 2-3 for delivery. So that would be... shipped on October 18-20, delivered on October 21-27.

EDIT: checked the order on apple.com, it now says "Shipping on or before 10/24/2005". Damnit.

I decided to order through Amazon. November 11, but I hope it will actually ship sooner.

I just got updated that my new ipod was preparing to ship as of oct. 21st

it was supposed to ship out at least by the 24th.
