I think the recent iPhone Nano case is actually a upcoming iPod Classic replacement. No App Store, just a beautiful user interface and big nice music artwork & videos.

That would be an iPod Touch.

I don't think it will ne like the Touch becasue App will have to be rewriten to support the smaller screen. Also, it will kill the current Touch. I think it will just be an iPod Classic replacement.

OP, your idea baffles me, why if it was supposed to replace the Classic, would it have a camera... Surely it would have to have a hard drive, so it would be much bulkier than it is atm...

This makes no sense, sorry OP, it's an iPhone, or it's nothing at all.
