In Safari, if I try to edit a search term on the google search results page, in the search entry box, within the google page, not in the address bar, I can no longer double tap to select a word. I have press and hold to get the “select” dialog.

Not happening in Chrome. Never used to happen in Safari. I see this in iPhone and iPad with iOS 12.

Anyone else? Any fixes?

Thanks.
