Do you think the next version of itunes, when the new ipods come out in sept. 5, is gonna be named, 7.3.3 , 7.4 or just 8 ? or is the whole name of itunes gonna be renamed?
i like the app a lot but i don't always like the itunes store, it's difficult too use, if i want too view trailers this is probably not the easyiest way but i first need to go to the american store than to video than left under there's a button theatrical trailers and then it's still hard to find the trailers easy, but i do liek the way itunes store handles music, it's easy to find new hip stuff , and podcaststhey separate the movies tv shows part of itunes into its own application. Showtime maybe?
I cannot stand the way itunes handles that stuff. i want my movies in my movie folder, tv shows in the movie folder, downloaded content to go there as well. but I want all my music on my internal, and my movies on the external. basically, Itunes sucks with video. Such a shame because it is hands down the best player for music out there.

Am I missing something? You do know that you can arbitrarily tell iTunes where to store each item in your library, right? If you're gripe is that its not easier (or more automated, using "rules" like a mail program) once you do that, I think that's something else entirely. You might want to submit it as a request to Apple though if you're specific about it.they separate the movies tv shows part of itunes into its own application. Showtime maybe?

Do we know with fair certainty that there will be an iTunes upgrade to coincide with the iPod upgrade on the 5th?
If there is an iTunes update (a big one), I'm guessing there will be some iPhone tweaks as well. Why update just one part of a big software package?
Just my opinion....I could be wrong...
