New LEC Cinema display- can you watch TV? or play PS3

With proper adapters, it might (e.g., HDMI to DVI, DVI to DisplayPort). It remains to be seen whether it can handle 1920x1080 signal without distortion, however.
 
So there is a chance.

What adaptors would i need?

There must be alot more people that have a PS3 and want to use the Apple Cinema screen.

I hope somone can give me a solution. I dont want to get a samsung or other company HDTV.

I rather have all APPLE.
