MP All Models new logi 4k magnetic XDR monitor webcam

hello-
so just got the new webcam, and my 2019 mac pro doesn't see it. i did the SMC reset, nvram reset still no luck. can anyone out the share there troubleshooting with this cam. does anyone with a new 2019 mac pro tried this webcam with success.

any insight to troubleshooting or fixing this please let me know

Are you using the long cable or the short cable that comes with it? I had the same issue and switched to the short cable which fixed the issue

Yes on the 7,1 Mac Pro. I had it plugged in via the longer 2m cable and then instead swapped it to the shorter cable that plugs into the back of the XDR display and it has worked well since

My brio, with an updated body that I can swap lenses on, it will do 4K.
Was a fun project.
Manual zoom is a challenge though.
