I've got the white polycarbonate MacBook which I love. However I use my Mac as a backup to my PC or when I just want to mess around with iMovie, etc.

Ok, I'll get to the point.

How do the specs compare with the new 2.0 ghz Mac Mini and the white MacBook (2009 release)? I've got a 7200 rpm HDD that I can put in the mini and would put in 4gb or RAM of course.

Is everything else pretty much the same or are there some differences that I don't see?

You make a good point, with a display and easier access to ram and hdd the white mb is like a high end mini $200 more than the $799 mini.

The specs look to be exactly the same.

Cheers
