New Mac Pro

Just picked up a new Mac Pro Quad 2.8 from my local Apple Store, for $2299 with my corporate discount. Apple just reloaded the Apple.com Refurb site with Quad 3.2's for $2459. I know I am answering my own question, but for that little difference in price ($160), doesn't it make sense to go for the 3.2 Refurb, as it's ~14% faster? I have to pay Sales Tax either way and shipping is "free" for both options. BTW, I have NOT opened the 2.8 I got from the Apple Store.

Would you have paid $160 when you bought your 2.80GHz for that upgrade? You have your answer there.

If you really want the 3.2, I'd say go for it. Refurbs get the same warranty anyway.

Unless you see yourself upgrading the CPU in the near future it seems like a good deal.
