Can anyone with a new MacBook Air report that the SSD supports TRIM? I think the System Profiler will say something about it. Thanks.
It does not.
The SSD controller does, 10.6 doesn't, so yeah, as hachre said, hopefully 10.7 will feature TRIM.
It does not. Will probably come with 10.7 next summer.

Just install Windows 7 onto a separate partition, and every few months, format the Mac partition with NTFS, boot into Windows 7, run the TRIM command, then reformat it back to HFS+ and install OS X. Problem solved.

Uh yeah, you do realize you need to buy a copy of Windows? You're so nonchalant about it you sound like people get Windows for free like other forms of freeware on the web.
I hope it doesn't come as resolution independence did on 10.6...
