yeah, macbooks tomorrowe *crosses fingers* please Steve, i need to get one for the 12th (its my birthday that day) WOOOOOOOOO. If they come out with one, then I will get the macbook, if they don't upgrade, I'm getting an iMac, im not paying that much for "last years model"

they have been out for a while on the iMacs, and more recently the MBPs (the chips in the MacPro and XServe are a different stream of chip, form what i have heard)

I'd say that was very unlikely. I'd like to see it happen too (maybe a x1600 in the black one to justify price) but it's highly unlikely imo.

Dude, if you didn't like it why did you contribute to it? It is possible to ignore threads on here you know.
All of this stuff will go away when the C2D MBs are released. Which could as far off as January so I'd brace yourself for a million threads such as this
