Yeah, so I’m still debating whether or not I should sell my M1 iPP and upgrade to the new M2, but the thing I’ve really been thinking about is the possibility we might get a revised Magic Keyboard this year. Do you think we will since the M2 iPP seems like a minor refresh? And if we do get a new keyboard, do you suppose it would be backwards compatible with other iPad Pros such as the M1?

I hope it will be backwards compatible. I bought a used m1 yesterday due to an interesting price and maybe in the future I want a Magic Keyboard.

Bought it cause I think that the new m2 will have an high price increase in Europe.

I’m not sure that this year will have many upgrades to iPad or that keyboard at hand, but fingers crossed. I personally don’t like the materials they have used for the Pro keyboard offerings so far.

There have been rumours of the iPad Pro 2022 having a different smart connector (perhaps for full-USB pass-through?) which would mean a new Magic Keyboard. I think it’s best to wait this month and see what the situation is.
