I used to use an old magic keyboard from my iMac (with bar underneath) for both my work laptop and personal desktop. It would automatically connect when I booted my work laptop in morning and then automatically connect to personal desktop at night. (connected to only one device at a time).
I ended up selling my iMac so bought the new magic keyboard that just came out. The new one will say connected in windows, but will not work until I remove device and re-pair again. It has no issues pairing / working otherwise but it's a hassle to have to repair each device on startup.
Any ideas on what to do?
