NEW MB are in the refurb store...how long until new SR mbp?

I checked the refurb store this morning and the new blackbook c2d mb's were in there for $1299. How long until we see the new MBP SR?

and what are your chances of getting one with a dodgy screen? wouldn't like to chance it myself...I think returns are also easier for non-refurbs. could be wrong, too lazy to read the t&c's
