New MBA come with install USB Drive?

I am reading Apple's site and it only states this is in the box:

MacBook Air
45W MagSafe Power Adapter, AC wall plug, and power cord
Printed and electronic documentation

Does the new MBA not come with an install USB drive like the previous model?

If it comes with a USB drive, does that USB drive contain snow leopard and then you have to upgrade (in case you reinstall the OS) or does the USB drive contain just Lion?

The ssd drive now contains a recovery partition from which you can reinstall Lion.
