New MBA - Need to prime battery?

New MacBook Air just arrived! Do I need to prime the battery or do anything else to help get the best battery life? I was planning on charging it until it turns green (from amber) and then let'er rip. Any other ideas/suggestions?

you definitely need to calibrate it. i had to calibrate it twice before optimum performance, but now it's doing nicely.
