Oops, I was only looking at the Canadian store only, in which they don't. Thanks!

Check Bestbuy for returns. In Canada, the local store here had some new Apple laptops and a shelf full of unwanted iPads.
Ask them to look at the refurb cage if they dont have it out...

The Air was only $50 off and I didn't check the iPad prices.
Slews of windows laptops too, guy said on boxing day they will clear them if not sold over the holidays.

I'm guessing after the holidays. Plus, with all the reports of MacBook Airs with display issues, logic board issues, etc. there will likely be some of them returning as refurbished models.
