Hi Guys,

Im very proud of my new Macbook Pro with the following hardware:

15 Zoll
Intel Core i7 2,8 Ghz
NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M mit 512 MB memory
4 GB memory
256 GB SSD

I bought the "biggest" options, excluding the memory because i thought i would never need so much memory. Can a single Application use the all of the 4 GB memory?

Im playing WOW on my external 26" display on full-hD with 1920x1080. But Im a little bit unsatisfied because i can only play in "high"-options (some good) and when I turn around the camera very fast, the frames drop to 1-5 frames and I get a little freeze...

Is this really because of the graphic chip? Or would a memory upgrade to 8 GB get more performance for WOW? Or is there any option or tweak for WOW? Can i declare more RAM for the graphic chip? Any suggestions? :D I thould i would have 25-35 frames in ultra... So Im a little dissapointed but i know that the graphic chip is only in the middle range...

The best thing is the SSD in my MBP. The loading times a awesome! 1-3 seconds for Dalaran and all characters are loaded. But i want more frames! :) I want at least, that there are no freezes when i turn the camera...

I hope you understand my english! :D Greetings from Germany!

I'm running the same machine but with 8gigs of ram...

Your issue is from the graphics card for the most part... some Ram will always help since places like Dala need 3gigs to load... let alone your other open apps at the same time.

You need to drop your settings below the recommended ones to get decent frame rates... and of course... you need to cap your frame rates so your computer doesnt overheat.

People on wow forums are currently discussing camera stutter issues that seem to have started after 4.0...
