So ... just thought I'd go out on a limb here and say the Apple is going to release the new MBP tomorrow ... or next Tuesday. No ... no inside info or anything. But I think they'll get this out before WWDC in June to keep the thunder for the iPhone and we already know that they will be talking about the "top secret" leopard features ... and maybe use it as a jumping stone for a ultra portable or something we haven't even thought of yet for the famous "one more thing". Also we already know the new features of the notebook ... LED's, flash in the HD's, and the new chip ... so it's nothing crazy ground breaking. Unless uncle Steve has a new enclosure he is particularly proud of and he wants to be a show off. What ya guys think?

Yeah I'm waiting to be dissapointed again!!! I have a horrible problem or RSS on my MB and They said I could upgrade to the MBP and pay the difference between the two so this thing better come out soon cuz this thing is pissing me off random shutdown every like hour and I can't even type my papers without being worried

It'll come at WWDC. If Apple was going to do it before the conference, they would have done it alongside the MB update.
Anyways, the LED screens is what's done it - Steve wants the chance to announce these himself. The other specs will be mostly a disappointment to everyone, I think (updated with SR, bumped speed, bumped graphics, bumped FSB, bumped HD.. but nothing phenomenal). I think I might be taking a break from MR during the first couple weeks following WWDC.. I dunno if I can handle all the whiners.
No no, but in all seriousness, I'm glad there wasn't an update today. My current MBP is on eBay until this coming Sunday, and I'd sure be sad if I'd timed that wrong..

Yeah right. Maybe the MBP complaining threads themselves, but not MR in general. Besides with an average of 5+ posts per day, you've been around for a few Stevenotes. It's nearly impossible to stay away. It's like CrackRumors.
