I am a very experienced windows user having built a variety of pcs in the past, etc.
To clarify up front, I received the computer from our school's IT department preloaded with Vista through bootcamp. We were only getting MBPs so please don't bother with the 'if you wanted to use vista just get a pc' comments.
I am enjoying the new computer but have some questions/concerns.
1. Tap click does not work. I enabled it in osx, but it doesn't work in vista. Is there any way to get this to work? The scroll does work however.
Looks like this will just have to wait until it gets enabled by Apple
2. How to get the latest version of bootcamp with latest updates and stuff? A friend recommended downloading in osx and then copying to flash drive and running in vista...where do I do that in osx and what do I need to copy? Is it an exe?
3. The built in cam. My device manager shows that there is a driver ready for this camera, but how do I use it? Do I need different software?
4. How do I remap the keys? I want to swap the fn and ctrl keys and also swap the alt/option and command key. I cant find anything in control panel>keyboard
I used autohotkey to remap everything but the fn key, since that isnt recongnized by the program
5. Is there any way to use the 3d version of alt + tab? I know its windows key + tab, and since my command key is like a windows key, do I need to activate something?

6. What is the procedure to copy the drivers set from the leopard cd to a file that can be put separately on a flash drive.
7. Will mac updates (for leopard, bootcamp, etc) automatically prompt when new ones are ready in vista - I will be using vista 24/7.
8. Do the drivers for vista on the leopard cd work if I wanted to install XP?
9. When I go to Computer>C: - I don't see where the mac OS folder is? What should I be looking for, so I know what not to mess with

10. I am trying to transfer my settings from firefox to this computer. I went to Users\Username but can't find the AppData folder, I can only find Documents, Pics, etc.
11. Has there been a fix for Vista's time issue? I had vista basic when it was first released on a different computer and the clock would always lose minutes a day. I had to change the settings in the registry so it would update every 15 mins. I did not see this problem when I installed XP on that machine. I noticed with this 'latest' version of vista the same problem. What is the fix?
From what I've read it can sort of be dealt with by manually setting the time and disabling the internet time sync. Appears to be a problem about dual booting mac osx and vista, like another poster mentioned
