New mbp will not support old format of Diablo II?!

Hi, is there any sort of patch or something that i would be able to Download so i could play Diablo II?

I know i can just buy it off Blizzard for 40 bucks, but if i don't have too then I'm not.

I bought it from the Blizzard store, but my understanding is that you can register the physical copy and then download the new version online.

Yea, I had to register D2 on battle.net, then download the client. It runs perfect now on 10.5.8 mbp under the 9400 card.

Just register the D2 CDKey via blizzard account.

You should be able to download the mac version.

If you have any lag issues or anything like that, run in 256 colors
