Not sure any of it is note worthy but here is a some chat and ?? asked..

So he told you that they updated the MacBook Pros this summer (which they did) and that they are no longer backordered... what could it mean? (cue mystery music)

What does you having a lawyer have to do with your purchase? Did you think that would make him more apt to tell you the big "Apple Secrets" if he knew you were a lawyer?

Even if the rep did have the inside info, he definitely didn't tell you, and couldn't tell you because they sign non-disclosure agreements.

Again I am confused on the surprise. Were you without internet for the past few months. And why did you need to tell him you are a lawyer, seems out of place and more like "Well, I am a lawyer so if I am disappointed I will....."

1. there's been like a million topics on this
2. these chat people don't know ****
3. macbook pros aren't getting updated for at least 3 months, so go buy one.
4. you're a lawyer so all you do is type ****, so you don't need the 5% performance gain the new MBP will bring.

Pardon me if it is obvious, but I fail to see any surprise or any sort of interesting info... I was wondering if the OP (or anyone else) could clarify...

Incase anyones' wondering, I did not drink tonight, therefore there is no lack in my comprehension abilities.
