New member needs help with I Cloud calendar issues

I have recently updated my I phone 4 and I pad 2 to IOS 5, I usually have my I phone connected to my Work Windows PC (via cable no WI FI at work) in order to sync my work calendar on Outlook with my I Phone. when I try and use I Cloud to sync with my I Mac at home plus my I Pad I then seem to get the calendar showing twice on my I Phone !! What am I doing wrong? I am over 60 but really enjoy IT but am probably only of average ability!

You can open Calendars and in the upper left you can select which calendars to display. Hopefully this will help.
