the graphics card is good enough. I have a second screen at 1920x1600 connected to my 2. Gen MacBook and it runs fine, and the graphics card is way slower than the one in the new mini.

Has anyone tried hooking the new mini up to two displays? I'm curious if the 9400M can handle running both smoothly.
Apple's site claims that it can:
Mac mini comes with both mini-DVI and Mini DisplayPort output ports, so you can connect up to two displays.

Quoted from the "features" section of the mini description.

Right, I was just curious if it performed like my first-gen Macbook running a second 20" display (i.e., poorly).

Cool, thanks. It's irritating that window animations (minimize, Expose, etc.) can be slowed so much by a subpar video card when running a second display, but it seems like the Nvidia chip has enough power.
