I just ordered a new Mini to replace the iMac my wife is taking to her office. I ordered the $799 version with the 2.3 i7, a Thunderbolt display and (2) 512 GB SSD's. I think one of those will wind up in my MBP and the 128 GB in my MBP will move to my wife's MBP. I also ordered the OWC Data Doubler so I can keep the 1TB drive also. All this still adds up to less than I would have paid for the iMac, and now I have the option to easily attach my MBP to the TB display to use for photo editing.

Anyway, I'm looking for a good method to mount the Mini. I just saw a decent stand on Amazon. One image shows it making the display even with an iMac display. I like the height of the iMac display, so I think the stand solution is a good one. Does anyone know of any good solutions?

Are you saying your display isn't high enough so you want to sit it on a mount that allows the mini to sit under it? Otherwise, you don't need to mount a mini as it sits on any flat surface.

I know it will sit on any surface. I originally was thinking about mounting it to the stand on the Thunderbolt display. Then as I was looking for ideas, I saw the stands with the Mini under the display. I kind of like that plan. I have neck problems, so getting the screen a tad higher (to the same height of the iMac.)
