Urgh I really miss my Mini, using a MB as a DVR through EyeTV is really subpar :D

You guys think it is likely for the mini to be updated in 20 or so days? At least that is what the buyer's guide seem to say.

Its possible...

A lot of people are hoping for a special 'It's showtime' event to release a C2D Mac Mini, iWork 07, and iLife 07. Possibly even a fullscreen iPod (sans phone)

Or Apple may be waiting for the Santa Rosa mobile chipset to be released.

That is April last time I saw anything...

Given that Apple do not always rush to use Intel tech as it is rolled out, it could be some time after that. Would not be surprising to see them release Leopard, and then once the feeding frenzy to buy a Mac with the new OS dies down they then start to update the whole product line (Santa Roras in Mac Mini, iMac, MacBook, 8 Core Mac Pro etc).

Or they could doo it the other way around. Push out updates first, then intrpoduce Leopard. If such is the case then Leopard is going to be later than anticipated (June-July and not April)

Apple is a business - they will want to milk as much ast they can out of their existing products as possible :D

I can see a full screen iPod (no phone or WiFi) in August-Sept. Got to get all the suckers to run out to buy the phone first ;) Apple have done the R&D - so they could bring the screen technology to the iPod without boosting the price too much.

Wonder what else they could do to the Nano... Basic video playback perhaps at some point. The next update may just see them double to flash memory size.

Same with the Shuffle.
