New Monitor! Need HELP!

hey guys. i have watched this forum for a while. anyway i just got this monitor from tiger direct:http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/searchtools/item-detailsInactive.asp?Sku=H94-1904
it is AMAZING for the price i got it 187 CAD. now its gone as it wen't very fast and it has a three year warranty. I don't care if its not the best buy im 16 and i bought as with all my computer/electronic stuff so im happy, its more then i deserve. Now the DVI looks amazing with the mac mini, so much better then a 15" LCD (which is what i had before) this thing is very physically thin as well and the controls are simple and good. Now i have an audio switch so i can switch between the xbox 360 and the mac mini (sound and video) that is why i bought this. now when i switch the video to the 360 there is a kind of shadow on some of the lettering or bleeding (not badly but noticeably enough to annoy me and make me want to fix it as i just got the monitor yesterday)
Now here are some pics which are perfect examples of this. also in madden the players suddenly had 4 shadows? really weird, maybe i never noticed it. here are the pics:

if you have a video switch in there, try taking that out and see if the picture looks any better when plugged directly into the mac and when directly plugged into the xbox. If the picture still looks the same then its just a crappy screen.

there is no video switch im just plugging the DVI (mac) and the VGA (xbox 360) could the vga have a problem. because in the reviews for this many ppl said they used it with a 360 with no problem. what should i do?

The first image looks like standard ghosting from a poor quality cable. VGA is an analog signal. If you don't have a good connection between the source and the display, it's going to look like that. Try using other VGA sources (PC, Mac) and/or borrow a VGA XBOX cable that you know works well for someone else. If you still get the ghosting with another source and a different cable, maybe the monitor's analog input is defective (or poorly designed).

OK. it actually has the 360's VGA adapter plugged right into it, but what i will do is try plugging my mac mini into it with the DVI adapter. do you guys think i should get a exchange from them because i know this isn't right as many ppl who reviewed it used it with the 360 with no problems.

Have been reading many reviews and I HAVEN'T found one bad review and this one talks about having a 360 plugged in with absolutely no ghosting. could it be that the vga is bad or the cable is not in properly, as it worked with my other LCD that was only VGA... this is frustrating. and really irritating. its not noticeable if i stand like 8 feet away but i still think about it. GRrrrr.
