Looking to get another display. Selling my ACD 24" LED and would like to step it up to a 27". Do you guys remember how long it took for apple to release new displays after they did the imac refresh in 09'? Is it worth waiting for? Also, does the thunderbolt display work with the current 5770? Thanks for the help.

March and April 2009 were the iMac refreshes and the Apple Cinema Display was released in July 2010.

My guess it will take some time, the new displays and new boding with the glass seem to be in short supply.

No, Thunderbolt displays don't work with any model of Mac Pro.

I upgraded from my 7 year old 24" ACD this past summer. Picked up 2x 27" ACDs. Had them for 13 days before returning. Decided I couldn't do glossy for the next 5 years. Picked up 2x Dell U3011s. Love them. Highly recommended.
