iPod New Nano will not disconnect

Hi all

Just bought a ipod nano to go running with & every time I try to disconnect it I get an error message saying that files are in use by another application.

I can't think what this can be??

Anyone had the same problem or have any ideas??

I do have the Nike running plug in for it, but that's disconnected
