New owner :-)

Hi guys. First post

My 2.16ghz Macbook finally arrived today (UPS screwed me around a bit but they finally got their arses into gear).

This is my first ever Mac, although I have "dabbled" with them at work before... but I'm still on a very steep learning curve after having used Windows for years (3.1 through to XP).

Anyway, I'm currently exporting my iTunes to the new Mac and will soon procede to downloading a familiar browser (prolly Firefox).

I used to download many torrents. Can anyone recommend a decent client for the new Mac? I used to use Azureus (sp?) on XP.

Also, without having to re-format, can I easily remove any OS X apps that I don't require? e.g iDVD and what not.

Thanks for your time and I look forward to frequenting now on as a fully fledged Mac owner

OS X version of Azureus... assuming you like it already!

I'd recommend any of xTorrent, Transmission, or Azureus - each have their pros and cons. Try them all and see which one you like.
