New Password Manager

I need a recommendation: I have been using Ascendo Data Vault for a number of years and recently they have made some changes that will not let me sync across wifi.

I'm looking for a PW manager that:
1. Stores locally (on the users equipment and not the cloud)
2. Allows you to sync mac and IOS via wifi
3. Probably the hardest of the three, wanting to do a direct import from Data Vault to the new product

Well 1password support 1 and 2. it can however not import from Ascendo (edit, see @AGKyle comment)

haha I was looking for Ascendo on that list seams like 1password and its community is even better then I knew
