OK, I got a new PC. I installed iTunes..all good. I go to sync the phone and it says an iPhone can only sync with one library and all data will be erased. Well this library has nothing in it. It's all still on my old PC. How can I get this phone to sync and me not lose all my music files?

The "right" way to do it is to copy your iTunes library over from your old PC. Assuming you let iTunes manage your files, then you just copy the entire My Music\iTunes folder from the old PC to the analogous location on the new one, while iTunes isn't running. Once you've copied the library over, you should be able to sync the iPhone....

I manually manage my music. I will copy the 'my music' over and i so hope this works. My Touch works just the opposite. I could add files at home or at work, two diff PCs...this phone doesnt allow that and it sucks!

You should be able to do that just like you iPod touch and iPhone. As long as its set to manual, you should be able to use both computers as long as you're using the SAME iTunes account.
