iPod new PC..? on how to transfer iPod/iTunes info

My wife has an XP based Thinkpad and she is going to a Vista based Vaio. How can I get her iTunes info from one computer to another.

If I install iTunes on her Vaio, and plug in her iPod, can I copy the music from the iPod back to iTunes... or isn't it that easy???

That should cover it. Since it's Windows to Windows just place the iTunes folder into the Music folder in their home directory.
