I am thinking of starting a personal webpage. I have created webpages before but they never really turn out too great, but thats because of my design ideas not my code. So I want to make a personal homepage I don't know where to start when it comes to making something that is extremely cool I don't have photoshop. I have gimp installed. I just don't know where to start. What layout should I use that type of thing? What colors work well together that are kind of "youth" colors. Its I was thinking some dark colors but still not hard on the eyes. I don't know where to start. And I know you guys will.
