I do not want to come in "spamming"... Because thats not how we work, and I figured i'd go ahead and share it since I figure everyone needs somewhere to host something right? By all means if this is considered spam by the admins, mods, or community, please dont let me infringe.

I'd like everyone to take a look at http://filelabs.net, we're less than 15 days old and are doing everything we can to make it the premier place to share your photos and files.. Right now we have features like the Flash slideshow of Photobucket and flickr.. with a max file upload of 500mb and unlimited directory size, theres no reason why your file/photo wont fit (unless your uploading something you shouldn't be).

If you create an account, you get a directory. With this directory you can recieve comments, create captions, view thumbnails of your files, or have them listed, and create folders so you can organize anything anyway. Got photoshop images? Make a photoshop folder. Have digital pictures? Make a folder for it. and if folders aren't your thing, than dont make any folders.

Its a completly free service, and are only goal is to bring the best experience to the photo community, by giving them a free place to share themself.

Again, if this is taken as advertising, please remove. I, and our community want your opinion, more than anything, however.

Thanks,

- Troy

doesn't look as good as twango.com

Thats a bit different kind of website; however.. Thats more along the lines of YouTube competition, we're more in line for ImageShack, Photobucket, Rapidshare, Putfile, and MegaUpload, all of which are top 100 websites (except putfile).. But indeed, twango is very very attractive..

I was just thinking.. How are you guys paying for this? Without Ads... that could be quite expensive w/ server space and such.

schaef2493, what's in the white rectangle at the bottom then!?
Looks good to me, a cross between TouTube, ImageShack and PhotoBucket!

Yes sir, we have text ads at two locations: The main site at the bottom, and the dynamic landing page at the bottom. You also have a 1/10 chance of getting a full page ad (like on IGN), which can't happen on your first visit, and can't happen more than once a day (unless you delete the cookie).. Its completly funded by those small text ads.

I appreciate everyone's comments, it means a lot to us to have good comments coming about our young site.
