MP 1,1-5,1 New Power Supply for Mac Pro 5,1?

So, it looks like I need a new power supply for my Mac Pro 5,1 12-core. Do I need to get the exact refurb part, or could I substitute a new third-party supply with the same (or better) specs?

You need an exact replacement model. They’re are 2 brands to choose from. Get the One made by Delta.

My problem was actually solved when I changed the graphics card to an RX580, which is a better card than the one I had in there, but which draws less power.
