New remote app question

Ok, I'm missing gestures on my remote app now when I connect to my ATV I had it after I updated both app and ATV. Now when I tried using it again, it's gone. I made sure my ATV is up to date but gesture isn't showing up on the remote app. Anyone got any ideas?
