Is this new in 3.1.3 or am i seeing this for the first time. the reset menu in the settings app now shows options to reset home screen layout, dictionary and location warnings

im sorry...i haven't noticed this before. i tried resetting it and i actually thought it would reset only the home screen, but it reset all the other pages too i lost all my custom arrangements
