3. Transfer Of Membership Benefits And Materials. Except as otherwise prohibited herein, the benefits and materials, including but not limited to seed keys, seed DVDs, technical support incidents, hardware discounts, and pre-release software (collectively "ADC Materials"), provided to you as an ADC program member may be transferred only to employees and contractors working for the same entity as you who have an existing ADC membership. You agree that you will not otherwise transfer, publish, copy, or disseminate such ADC Materials. Please refer to our "How To Transfer Assets" FAQ at developer.apple.com/faq/transfer.html for more information on the authorized methods of transferring ADC Materials.

I believe this has been reworded starting this year? I was about to login and was asked to agree with this policy.. I declined. I am planning to sell my MBP in the Fall, whether they like it or not

Isn't this prohibited before anyway? I don't think it ever allowed you to sell things you bought through the ADC. I sort of remember a time limit involved, but it has been a very long time since I read it...

I took that to mean that your not allowed to sell the actual discounts, or buy a computer that has been discounted just to sell it on cheaper (or at the same price making yourself a profit). I don't think that means you can't sell a used computer that was discounted, but has since been used... that wouldn't make sense.

I think the original rule was that you couldnt sell until 1 year after you bought?

I think it's been reworded now but maybe it does just mean you cant sell the actual discount?
