I had my screen replaced last friday and it was fine until maybe just 10 minutes ago. I know have a 1px height line across the screen. I can see that the pixels display the image but it is much lighter. I created an image to show what it looks like. Anyway to fix this or does it have to go back to Apple?

Took it in this morning. They are replacing the screen and the logic board. Offered me to bring it in when they have the parts, but as it turned out they already did. I was told it could be done by the end of today. Fingers crossed :)

OK. It took them less than a day to replace the screen. Received a call from the store. Went to pick it up. Nice screen, but the machine won't go to sleep. Luckily I noticed this in the store. It would try going to sleep, but the dvd drive would try to read and the mbp would wake up again (or maybe it was trying to read because it woke up). So the genius takes my mbp to his manager, who looks at the machine and tells me that it was really badly put back together - lots of gaps etc. I don't know if this is what's causing it to wake up, but they are taking it in again. I'll be taking to the store on friday, as I need it for work. I was told that it will be put on the priority repair and will be ready on saturday. We'll see :/
