Noticed this huge dent on the solo loop right after I put it on the watch. Saw some Youtube videos showing the silicone they’re using in the new solo loop is way easier to damage and peel in comparison to the classic sport bands. Going to have to run to the store to do an exchange.

It makes sense that it can be damaged sliding on, if one is not careful. I am not surprised. It doesn’t mean the build quality is bad.
I’m super careful with my watches and bands so I’m quite sure this wasn’t caused from sliding it on.

I am careful as well. That doesn’t mean we can inadvertently screw up and not know it right away. It could also be a manufacturing defect with the band or in the watch lug.

One thing I did notice yesterday, when putting on my new Solo loop, was I had trouble sliding one side on the lug and had to slide on the opposite side of the same lug.

I noticed with my other sport band from this season that it was more snug than before as well.
Still something to notice with the new solo loops on the long term to see how they hold up after continuous stretching of putting them on and off your wrist.
