New Status Icon -???

So I just got a new iPhone (#3 - had the touch-screen problem), and now I notice a new status icon next to the BT symbol. I tried to take a pic, but they all came out blurry. It looks like the phone symbol upside down, with keyboard symbol beneath it. I looked on Apple's site at the iPhone manual, but it says nothing about it. Any ideas??

Try turning off TTY under phone settings.
